HealthYou Nutrition focuses on providing one-to-one sessions with clients who are looking to improve their health.

-This particularly includes those who want to improve symptoms of gastrointestinal problems, lose weight, gain weight, increase their physical activity level or improve their diet and health generally.

-Sessions are conducted over Skype with myself. I am a Trainee Dietitian with a BSc Honours in Nutrition.

- I am passionate about helping others improve health with a holistic approach that doesn't focus on calorie counting, but is centred around healthy swaps and a good fruit and vegetable intake.
