Our classes provide you with a wealth of information to help you to make informed decisions around pregnancy, birth and beyond. They cover pregnancy, labour and birth including how to use hypnobirthing techniques for a more comfortable birth. We also delve into parenthood looking at everything post birth

including nappies, feeding, and sleepless nights amongst lots of other new parent things :)
