Joe and Garwyn will guide you to choose from a selection of grounding medicinal herbs and lead you through a somatic tea ceremony to deepen your connection with the plant’s wisdom through you heart and body.

From this grounded state, they’ll guide you through a shamanic sound journey where vibration and frequency weave through the liminal realms, deepening your connection with herbal realms- harmonising mind, body, and spirit with the rhythms of the Earth.

The “divine feminine” is a phrase I hear often, but one that I’m only beginning to fully understand now.

Through my relationship and the joy of watching the way my partner moves through the world… her emotion, intuition, creativity and expression..

And through what I’m discovering about ancient societies that worshipped the Mother Goddess.. I’m finally understanding the true depth of those words.

This expression of my art is one way to remember, honour and revere the feminine in what’s still a deeply patriarchal world.
