As we age it becomes more important that we can get up and down safely off the floor. Start with a kneeling lunge and hinge forward so your body weight helps to bring you to standing as you push up. Bring your leg through to flex in front of you and then send it back and come back to the lunge position. Good luck. Dont worry if you wobble or have to use your hands - it will get easier. Stay safe.
