We’ve Redesigned Our Stretch Therapy Courses – Here’s What’s New! 🎉

At The Stretch Experience, we’ve restructured our courses to give you more tailored options as you progress in your Stretch Therapy journey. Whether you’re starting fresh, refreshing your knowledge, or ready to dive deeper, we’ve got you covered! Here’s a breakdown of our redesigned course offerings:

✨ Level 1 Refresher
For those who have previously completed our 3 day intensive (now known as Level 1) This is your chance to refine your skills, ask questions, and make sure you’re confident moving forward.
📅 April 26 | 14:00-20:00
Cost: £95

✨ Stretch Therapy Level 1
Build the foundations of your practice with 21 hours of hands on learning. This is the essential starting point for anyone new to Stretch Therapy.
📅 May 24-26 | 9:00-17:00 Daily
📅 Sept 25-28 | 14:00-20:00 Daily
Cost £525*

✨ Stretch Therapy Level 2
Ready to go deeper? Level 2 is for those who have completed Level 1 and want to expand their knowledge and skills. Learn new material and deepen your practice.

Session Feature: Stretch Therapy 🧘

Meet Debbie. Over the past 5 years, we’ve tackled everything from breathing techniques and spine mobility to mastering stairs and managing knee pain. Whether it’s months between visits or just a quick check-in, we’ve built a foundation of trust and progress to lean on when life throws her a curveball.

Stretch is just one piece of her self-care puzzle - she also dances, does Pilates, and travels (the ultimate self-care in our book!). Collaboration is key, so I stay connected with her Pilates teacher to ensure a cohesive approach.

The takeaway? Self-care works best when it’s varied, consistent, and supported by a team that listens, adapts, and tracks your progress. Find your people, stick with it, and give the process time to work its magic.

Our recent trip to Dublin for the British Society of Echocardiography (BSE) conference ✈️ Echocardiographers play a vital role in cardiac care, using ultrasound to assess heart health. Yet, their profession comes with unique physical demands, from prolonged scanning sessions to repetitive movements, which can lead to strain and fatigue.

Our talk focused on strategies for pre-scan preparation and post-scan recovery, aiming to reduce the risk of injuries and enhance their overall well-being. Unfortunately, the inner workings of our insightful discussion remain behind closed doors.

While the details of our talk remain under wraps, we’re excited to share snippets from our Dublin adventures! 📸 From exploring the vibrant streets to immersing ourselves in the local culture, and indulging in delicious local treats, it was a trip to remember. Finding time to strike a balance between work and play is essential, and Dublin provided the perfect backdrop for it all.

Happy Tuesday💫

This is your reminder on why stretching is so important for our joints!

As time goes on, our joints tend to become stiffer and less flexible, which can lead to discomfort and even pain. However, regular stretching can help maintain and improve joint mobility, keeping them healthy and pain-free.

By stretching, we increase blood flow to our joints, which brings nutrients and oxygen to the area, promoting healing and reducing inflammation. It can also help to prevent injuries by improving our range of motion and reducing stiffness.

Stretching is an essential part of taking care of your body, and the best part is you can do it a little bit every day! 🙌

We hope that our January Challenge taught you that whether you're a fitness enthusiast or simply looking to improve your overall well-being, incorporating a daily stretching routine into your day can make a big difference.

Not only does it improve flexibility and mobility, but it also helps to reduce stress and prevent injuries. Plus, it doesn't have to be time-consuming or complicated - just a few minutes of stretching each day can make a significant impact on your physical and mental health.
