This two-day introduction to energy psychotherapy offers a unique opportunity to explore an emerging therapeutic paradigm. Participants will learn how energy therapy addresses a wide range of issues by integrating subtle energy work with relational talking therapy. The course includes:

• An exploration of how energy psychotherapy heals trauma by clearing dense energy frequencies.
• A live demonstration and practice of energy psychotherapy techniques.
• Practical tools such as chakra clearing, tapping, and self-regulation methods.
• Experiential exercises to build confidence in applying these methods.
• A basic understanding of how shifting from cognitive 3D perspectives to heart-based 5D quantum consciousness can enhance therapeutic outcomes.

Participants will leave equipped with essential tools and a deeper understanding of how to bring lightness and healing into their own practice and lives.

"Everything is energy. The often-quoted inventor Nikola Tesla once said: 'If you wish to understand the universe, think of energy, frequency and vibration'. In exploring the world of energy, our thoughts and emotions resonate at unique frequencies, with Dr Hawkins' vibrational scale measuring traumatic guilt and shame as very low – 20 and 30 Hz respectively – whereas the higher states of love, joy and peace resonate at 500 and above. I discovered that chanting the Heart Sutra and other mantras was deeply calming and brought me to peace. Simply put – the more we raise our frequency, the happier we are."

We're thrilled to announce our very own Ruthie Smith's book is finally in print! Well done Ruthie for getting it over the finish line!

Due to the transfer of publishers mid-publication, and the book being re-typeset, the release date was sadly pushed back. The good news is the new Karnac team have done a great job with the book - it looks fantastic! Thanks to all involved!
