In exploring the world of energy, our thoughts and emotions resonate at unique frequencies, with Dr Hawkins' vibrational scale measuring traumatic guilt and shame as very low – 20 and 30 Hz respectively – whereas the higher states of love, joy and peace resonate at 500 and above. I discovered that chanting the Heart Sutra and other mantras was deeply calming and brought me to peace. Simply put – the more we raise our frequency, the happier we are."
