Meet Michal ⚡️ Our certified Personal Trainer with a background as a former ice hockey player, bringing an athletic and performance-driven approach to his coaching.

He earned his fitness trainer diploma at SAFS Switzerland and is a certified Functional Trainer as well as an FMS (Functional Movement Systems) specialist. Over the past years, Michal has worked as a fitness trainer at The Chedi Andermatt, helping clients build strength, improve movement quality, and develop sustainable healthy habits.

His expertise includes Functional Training, Functional Movement Systems, CrossFit-inspired conditioning, and overall lifestyle optimisation. With experience across multiple sports, Michal tailors training to individual goals – whether performance, injury prevention, or general fitness.
