We were delighted to welcome the Mayor and Mayoress of Kensington & Chelsea to the Draycott head office. During the visit, the mayor met with our nurses and carers and thanked them for the vital work they carry out every day across the borough.

Mayor Tom Bennett presented several long‑service awards, recognising those who have diligently supported our clients and their loved ones for many years.

We’re proud of the expert and compassionate care our teams provide every day, and the Mayoral visit offered an opportunity to see that acknowledged.

We were really pleased to welcome Ben, Roisin and Toheeb from to our latest Clinical Workshop. They shared some great insights and up‑to‑date clinical knowledge with our nursing team.
A big thank‑you to HCA for taking the time to come into our office and meet our team, it really help strengthen the care we provide.

Our chosen charity , has opened their beautiful Ever After Garden, a display of 30,000 illuminated white roses, created as a place to remember loved ones lost. The garden can be found in the heart of Chelsea, on the Duke of York Square. We’re proud that several members of our team have been volunteering there too.

We decided it was time to get to know our Kings Road neighbours a little better, so we invited people to drop into our office for a cup of tea, some cake, and a chance to meet the team.

It was a lovely afternoon, and we’d like to thank everyone who took the time to stop by. It was great to learn more about the people who live and work around us.

Our doors are open Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, if you’d like to visit and say hello. Tea and cake are always on offer!

We wanted to take a moment to celebrate Sharron Robertson, our Nurse Liaison, who is retiring after an incredible 25 years with Draycott.

Sharron has been a much-loved and trusted member of our team. While we will miss her dearly, we wish her a very happy and well-deserved retirement.

The Draycott team gathered at our Head Office for a farewell party to celebrate all that Sharron has contributed over the years. Sharron was presented with her gifts from Managing Director Fiona, & Client Relationship Advisor, Agnella Matsambanye.

Today, on World Mental Health Day, we recognise that loneliness can have a profound impact on both mental and physical health.

A recent survey conducted by our partners , revealed that:
• 90% of over-65s feel disconnected from their communities
• Over one-third say their social life is deteriorating
• 5% report having no daily interactions at all
