Our domiciliary therapy service, specialising in neurological and orthopaedic conditions, provides rehabilitation and self-management strategies for patients in the comfort of their own environment, being their own home, nursing home or residential home. This unique approach encourages the positive involvement of both carers and family members. We provide comprehensive physiotherapy assessments, treatment, recommendations and holistic advice for adults of any age. Our main aim is to ensure patients continue functioning in their own home so that they can be as independent as possible. We are committed to provide excellent care to patients with complex rehabilitation needs. We treat the following:
