🫶When you’re thinking about your resolutions, avoid using ‘always’ and ‘never’ – they only create pressure of perfection, an all-or-nothing approach that is hard to stick to.
 
Replace ‘I must always’ and ‘I will never’ with ‘I’m learning to’ and ‘I want to’, and leave room for learning from setbacks and adjusting your resolutions.

Week 1: Deep dive on Optimism

Research shows that optimists are genuinely happier, healthier and wealthier. How you choose to see things affects how you feel and how you handle a situation, and as a result, impacts the outcome. And being optimistic doesn’t mean you ignore the facts and reality. You work with what is in front of you in a more productive, solution-based manner.
Let’s start the new year with the intention to become more optimistic and as a result more resourceful and hopeful.
