This involves delivering care thatโ€™s not only safe and effective โ€“ but kind, personal, and provided with dignity.

Today, weโ€™re proud to share the results of our Customer Experience Report 2025, which reflects the voices of hundreds of residents, families, and professionals across our homes.

Highlights include:

๐ŸŸข 99% of residents are satisfied with the help they receive from staff
๐ŸŸข 95% of relatives say their loved ones are well cared for
๐ŸŸข 97% of stakeholders would recommend the home to others

We had a fabulous Saturday at Queen Elizabeth House as we came together to celebrate The Big Warm Up!

The day was filled with joy and laughter as residents and families gathered to indulge in the delicious treats and the fantastic entertainment we organised.

Throughout the day, it was lovely to see our residents and their loved ones sharing jokes, swapping stories, and reminiscing about their most cherished memories.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and made the day so special!

Weโ€™re proud to be part of the Greensleeves Care family of not-for-profit care homes, and to share some amazing achievements from the past year. Our Social Impact Report highlights the strides weโ€™ve made to deliver high-quality, person-centred care, support our dedicated team, and even reach beyond our walls to help families feel good about care.

Hereโ€™s a quick look at some of the highlights:

๐ŸŒผ Quality Care: 96% of residents across our homes shared that theyโ€™re happy with their care. Weโ€™ve also started our journey to have all our homes Gold Standards Framework accredited for outstanding end-of-life support, so our residents feel fully supported at every stage.

๐ŸŽ–๏ธ Celebrating Staff: We recognised 159 long-serving team members and introduced new support initiatives, like the โ€œMenopause at Workโ€ policy, ensuring everyone feels valued and supported.

๐Ÿค Community Impact: This year, our โ€œKeys to Open Mindsโ€ and โ€œWarmth of Careโ€ campaigns reached families across the UK, offering support and debunking myths about care homes.

โ™ป๏ธ Going Green: Greensleeves Care is working towards Net Zero, moving to renewable energy and improving recycling across all homes, with a boost from 49% to 74%!

We're thrilled that our latest Customer Experience Report showed increased levels of satisfaction amongst our residents and their relatives. This year, the survey found 96% of residents are happy with the care we provide, up from 93% in the previous year. 98% of relatives reported the same, compared with 94% in the previous year.

We're thrilled to be releasing our 2024 Customer Experience Report, which finds high levels of satisfaction of residents and relatives, as well as year-on-year increases in key areas.

Highlights this year include:

๐Ÿฅ‡ 96% of residents and 98% of relatives are โ€˜happyโ€™ with the care provided (up from the previous yearโ€™s scores of 93% and 94% respectively).

๐Ÿ‘‹ 99% of relatives say they are made to โ€˜feel welcome and involvedโ€™ in Greensleevesโ€™ homes (up from 92% last year).

๐Ÿ’™ 95% of stakeholders and visiting professionals consider the organisation a โ€˜trustworthy providerโ€™ and 98% find our homes comfortable (vs 85% last year.

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€โš•๏ธ 97% relatives and friends found the home manager and senior team was โ€˜accessibleโ€™ and 90% of residents are โ€˜satisfied with staff availabilityโ€™.

This annual touchpoint gives us insights from our residents, their families and friends, and visiting professionals from the NHS, social services and local authorities, which helps us celebrate the things we're doing well, and establish those all-important areas of improvement.

This week is and the launch of our brand new campaign, !

As part of the campaign, we have created new resource โ€“ an easy guide to getting โ€˜care wiseโ€™ โ€“ which looks to support individuals and families to start thinking about care early on, so they can feel more confident and equipped to make decisions for themselves or their loved ones when the time comes. Back in December, we carried out some research on over 1600 adults in England, including care-seekers, which found a quarter (26%) of us are having to make difficult decisions about care for an older relative or friend at the point of crisis and while feeling โ€˜lost and confusedโ€™.

The aim of is to spread the word that it's never too early to start thinking or talking about care options, and to help spread the message, residents and colleagues at our homes will be venturing out into their local communities to hand out the guides and start conversations about care.

Return to the Garden....Residents, relatives and staff Queen Elizabeth House@Bickley Bromley Borough have taken advantage of the change in the weather by spending the afternoon in garden. The time was made even more enjoyable with a visit from Alpacas, Batman and Levi! A wonderful time was had by all!
