Dealing with persistent NECK PAIN?

One day everything is fine, and then you start to feel your pain stiffening, aching. What is happening? Did I sleep badly?? Sometimes we can get start feeling neck pain as the final point when a weakened disc bulges outwards. If the disc puts pressure on nerves, it can lead to nerve pain in the arms as well as pain in the neck.

We can treat most neck issues with hands on treatments. Gently relieving muscle spasm and helping the neck to move freely again. But with a stubborn disc problem, we use IDD Therapy.
