One of the best parts about therapy is the little “aha” moments that stick with you long after the session is over. For me, therapy has taught me things like:
💭 That rest isn’t laziness — it’s necessary.
💭 That boundaries are a form of self-respect.
💭 That I don’t have to carry everything on my own.

Loneliness isn’t always about being physically alone, it’s the gap between the connection you need and the connection you have. It can creep in during the busiest days or hit in the middle of a crowded room.

For some, it’s a faint emptiness in the background; for others, it’s a heavy weight on the chest. Even surrounded by people, it can make you feel invisible, unheard, and unseen.

If you’re feeling this way, you’re not broken, you’re human. Loneliness is a signal that you need connection, not a flaw in who you are. Reach out, speak up, and know that there are people who care, even if it doesn’t feel like it right now.

🔁 Reframe negative thoughts
📓 Journal to process your emotions
