Ria and I are excited to join Symbiocene! We’ll be displaying and selling the crafts entrusted to us by the Amazonian Tukano community.

Collective action is mobilising social change and this event will spotlight BIPOC-Led climate groups, organisations, and communities in the UK.

The symbiocene is a chance for individuals to:

🌪 Facilitating retreats can be a whirlwind of emotions and we are often faced with a number of challenges before our work has even been seen to have begun.

Like any job, the role of a facilitator can take its toll, our work is offered up devotionally but we have bodies that tire and minds that doubt.

The opportunity to gather then, in this land of Penpynfarch, Wales, is such an honor and we're grateful to be welcomed so generously by Her gracious hosts & Guardians,

🌲🌿 To be held by Ancient woodland is medicine for us all. There's a holding and support that only Nature can provide. After an exhausting few months of work, we're looking forward to walking these paths, dancing with these trees and soaking in these waters.

To rest our work in Her arms and be guided by the wisdom of the Land.

Michelle 'Mind Like Water', is a sound therapist, electronic music producer, DJ, singer and Ayurvedic massage therapist.

Michelle's sound meditations combine binaural beats, ambient soundscapes and a variety of instruments including Tibetan & crystal singing bowls, gong, tuning forks, monochord, buffalo drum, steel tongue drum and voice.

These sessions can help you to reset your nervous system, release emotional blocks and tap into your inner resources while harmonising and balancing your body and mind.

A bittersweet result to leave this weekend with zero photos. It's always lovely to look back on any experience but what a gift to be so immersed that we truly leave the outside world behind, diving deeply into ourselves.

Mila and I are cherishing these experiences, holding the memories in our hearts. These sacred moments being held tenderly and away from the outside eye.

We are so grateful for the courage and authenticity of everyone this weekend ❤️ What a journey! What an immense force of love! Nanlô brave ones 🏹
