This machine is really making my life easier. As a busy mum of 3 with a million things to remember as well as 5 football sessions for one of them alone 🫠, cooking healthy from scratch can just be another labor on the “to-do” list that invariably falls foul of not being done and we reach for the ready made. Literally had not much in and couldn’t be bothered after a long day…but still made something relatively healthy. It doesn’t take much!

I’ve been using this magnesium for myself and my kids in the early evening to encourage calm and relaxation. This is helping not only the evenings and them drifting off to sleep but also making the morning wake ups a LOT more pleasant!!!

Throw them in the bin…I say this every year!!!
January is not the time of year to be making grand changes…we are still in hibernation and rest mode…save it for spring and see how much better you do! If you feel the need to ✅ a box then just change one thing and focus on sticking to that small change. I bet you that you are still doing that one thing come spring…
