After serious ill health between 2011 - 2013 where I underwent several major operations, chemotherapy and radiothery, and suffered from severe radiation damage, I have come through the other side a much wiser person, so grateful for everything I have, much more in tune with my inner self. Im still working on certain aspects of my health, in particular the right way to nourish my body and improve the damage ive been left with; Im feeling all this knowledge needs to be put to good use by all, so I want to share what I know and I hope in some way I can provide useful tips,good recommendations, practices and products that work for me, short cuts, comfort, hope and inspiration, to anyone who may need it.
