Stretching feels great because it help relieve tension in the muscles

It’s only good for short term relief

When warming up for a workout however, stretching will relax your muscle too much which will limit the amount of force they can apply to the exercises you want to train.

Therefore, instead of stretching before your next workout, you should mobilise

Mobility work focuses on increasing the range of motion of your joints, allowing you to get into better and safer position reducing your risk of injury

Everyone know what they should do, but most won’t do it for long enough.

The reason for this is that they lack accountability

You are disciplined enough to stick to habits but not habits that are not mandatory

For your entire life you have turned up to work or school with monk level discipline but fail to convert that to other areas of your life.

You were able remain disciplined in those areas because you pre committed to other people

If you cannot squat your hips below your knees perform squat therapy to improve your technique and uncover your weakest links.
