The past couple of weeks in London have been so cold and rain-soaked that I’ve officially had enough of winter. To lift my spirits, I’ve been lightening my rituals — elevating my energy and choosing brightness with intention. Wearing my lemonade set as a subtle mood shift, and even rebelliously ordering an iced matcha for the first time this year. Ladies, we are dressing for the weather we want, not the weather we have 🍋
I visited the new destination at London Bridge, and trued the most challenging Lagree Megaformer class. I left humbled but obsessed and I’m counting down to my next session.
Getting ready for with skin that felt luminous and alive, wearing the foundation — beloved by on Margot Robbie — for that soft, cinematic radiance. I also finally tried the Money Mask from and my hair has never felt so silk-polished.
A Vitaglow IV made a noticeable difference to my energy levels a few days later — clearer, brighter, steadier — which came in handy for the most incredible Valentine’s morning vinyasa flow .mad , hosted as part of a beautiful event with . I loved discovering more about their range and the clean, considered scents they create — it feels like home wellness in fragrance form.
Finally, we got a sunny afternoon which I spent wandering through Tate Britain for the Lee Miller exhibition — powerful, poetic, deeply moving. Later, a quiet walk along the River Thames, letting it all land.
I also spent a productive morning going through recent PR and gifting — deciding what I’m excited to try next, what I’ll be reviewing, and of course scrolling back through my saved screenshots… if you know, you know.
I hope everyone is having a gorgeous Love Month. And if you’re as obsessed with Wuthering Heights as I am and can’t quite get it out of your head or heart — you’re in good company.
Love and wellness,
Lucy xx 🤍
