Saturday well spent 🤎🩰✨
A Pilates morning at the beautiful new .pilates studio on Great Eastern Street, followed by a slow afternoon of skincare, journaling and soaking up the spring sunshine.

I’ve been trying to carve out more of these moments lately — moving my body, slowing the pace, and letting the day unfold a little more gently.

And the best part? Golden hour seems to back, my favourite magical time for practicing soft rituals and self love affirmations ✨

Hope you are having a beautiful weekend, Lucy x

Glowing into spring with the beautiful new All You in Bloom collection from ✨
Such a joy to visit their newly updated counter today and experience the collection in person. The focus is all about luminous skin, natural beauty and those effortless, sheer layers that let your glow shine through 🌸
I’ve always loved Convertible Color, and I was already wearing it to the lunch in Peony — the shade I constantly reach for - and along with their Tubing Mascara which is insanely good for lush length and easy removal. The new shades are a great update - deeper and pinker - just as gorgeous, with that same creamy, blendable finish that works perfectly on both lips and cheeks.
We also got to discover the new Convertible Color Nourishing Liqua-Tint — a lightweight liquid flush that gives the prettiest sheer glow — plus the Heaven’s Dew Honey Glow Balm, which is incredibly nourishing and gives the loveliest soft shine. Pretty Peachy might just be my favourite 🍑
Always such a delight spending time with the Stila and team Thank you for having me 😘

None of these habits are glamorous (hello tongue scraper and bed socks). They’re quiet. Repetitive. Intentional. Yet they’re the foundation of how I kept my skin soft and stay glowing - not luck, not genetics, just consistency and care ✨

Low maintenance. High discipline 🤍

The small, unsexy routines we stick to quietly shape everything: skin, hair, energy, and the way we carry ourselves.

Let me know which of these you already practice in the comments. And if you want any specific product recommendations ask away, Lucy ×

Reset day .wellbeing 🧘🏼‍♀️🫧 Spent the dreamiest Saturday at the newly opened .newmanhotellondon in Fitzrovia and I’m still thinking about it. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, the team are so warm and welcoming, and the wellness centre is something special - and of course it is when it’s the baby of my favourite Pilates instructor 🤍

I started with a classical mat Pilates class, then slipped straight into the spa for a full reset — sauna, eucalyptus steam, cryotherapy and the most relaxing hydrotherapy pool… honestly heaven. Exactly what I needed. There’s also a really cool gym and a gorgeous selection of treatments you can book.

Finished the afternoon unwinding with my bestie and it felt like the perfect little city escape. And the best part? It’s only a five-minute walk from Oxford Circus.

If you’re in London, and you love luxury wellness and self care with a cool vibe you have to visit — you’ll adore it. It has that intimate vibe of a high end NY boutique hotel. I’ll definitely be back ✨

New season, softer energy💜🌸🎻
I’ve been romanticising the March reset — a fresh haircut and the quiet confidence that follows when you finally let go. Makeup feels lighter now, sheer washes of colour and skin that still looks like skin. Enhancing rather than concealing.

I’m exploring new techniques, reciting self love affirmations, leaning into that beginner’s mindset, allowing change to unfold slowly instead of all at once.

Evenings have taken on their own ritual — magnesium, a face mask, sipping something dreamy, and a little Regency escapism playing in the background. The kind of small indulgences that turn an ordinary night into something cinematic.

Spring isn’t about becoming someone new or rebranding . It’s about returning to yourself, blue skies overhead, edible skincare & elevated skincare routines — refined, softened, and intentional.

Let me know if you want any information about the products I’ve chosen. As always, you’ll find me using & applying them in my Stories.

Happy March, love Lucy x

This morning’s “No Makeup Makeup” Masterclass was such a gorgeous reminder that makeup isn’t about covering — it’s about celebrating the skin you’re in. Enhancing our natural beauty and not slavishly following trends - in other words please continue applying blusher to the apples of your cheeks if that’s where you like it, which I do ☺️🩵

Im a huge fan of but even I picked up some fresh techniques from today… and of course I’m sharing them with you ✨

The 5-minute lit-from-within glow:

✨ Glass Skin base — This foundation-serum hybrid is best applied with fingers. Press, roll, push into skin. Use a lighter shade as a concealer under the eyes + on lids. Forget the idea you need foundation everywhere. You don’t - it’s not a mask.

🌸 Cream Air Blush — Tap and press into the apples of the cheeks for that diffused, airbrushed finish.

👁 Defined, lifted eyes — Wiggle the mink/greige Satin Liner between upper lashes (not into inner corners where there are no lashes). Add soft brown Kohl Liner dots along the lower lash line for thickness. Cloud Mascara: black on top, brown on bottom. Push into the roots, wiggle through, squeeze off excess with the fingers (yes, really)

💋 Lips — Slightly overline (DONT go all the way to the outer corners), lift your mirror for the cupid’s bow, fill with pencil and finish with Le Liostick in@shade Gabriella for that soft balm-lipstick glow.

Skin is something to celebrate, not cover.

Would you try this five minute glow? ✨

The past couple of weeks in London have been so cold and rain-soaked that I’ve officially had enough of winter. To lift my spirits, I’ve been lightening my rituals — elevating my energy and choosing brightness with intention. Wearing my lemonade set as a subtle mood shift, and even rebelliously ordering an iced matcha for the first time this year. Ladies, we are dressing for the weather we want, not the weather we have 🍋

I visited the new destination at London Bridge, and trued the most challenging Lagree Megaformer class. I left humbled but obsessed and I’m counting down to my next session.

Getting ready for with skin that felt luminous and alive, wearing the foundation — beloved by on Margot Robbie — for that soft, cinematic radiance. I also finally tried the Money Mask from and my hair has never felt so silk-polished.

A Vitaglow IV made a noticeable difference to my energy levels a few days later — clearer, brighter, steadier — which came in handy for the most incredible Valentine’s morning vinyasa flow .mad , hosted as part of a beautiful event with . I loved discovering more about their range and the clean, considered scents they create — it feels like home wellness in fragrance form.

Finally, we got a sunny afternoon which I spent wandering through Tate Britain for the Lee Miller exhibition — powerful, poetic, deeply moving. Later, a quiet walk along the River Thames, letting it all land.

I also spent a productive morning going through recent PR and gifting — deciding what I’m excited to try next, what I’ll be reviewing, and of course scrolling back through my saved screenshots… if you know, you know.

I hope everyone is having a gorgeous Love Month. And if you’re as obsessed with Wuthering Heights as I am and can’t quite get it out of your head or heart — you’re in good company.

Love and wellness,
Lucy xx 🤍
