CLIENT SPOTLIGHT: GEMMA FROM TIPPERARY 🇮🇪💪

3 months in… and wow, what a journey this woman has been on.

From day one, Gemma came in with a big heart, ADHD brain, and the kind of energy that makes you want to lace up your trainers and hike a mountain.

And she’s done exactly that… and then some. 🏔️💫

🎯 She’s gone from struggling with binge eating and feeling disconnected from her body…

to lifting consistently, hiking mountains, and doing 12 full push-ups as personal best. 👏

She stepped back from alcohol, tuned into her stress triggers, and built a nutrition routine that works for her - no extremes, just more structure, more protein, and a mindset of progress over perfection.

🧠 Navigating ADHD, social plans, body image wobbles, knee pain she's had for years - and STILL showing up with consistency, self-awareness, and humour. 🧡

💥 Wins so far:

• 4 full body training sessions weekly (a mix between her tailored plan, my follow along sessions & a group class)

• Learned to pause + check in with her eating

• Hit 12 push-ups (off knees!)

• Built strength without burning out (rest days are a must on her plan as she's super busy with )

• Shoulder alignment and posture have tidied up very nicely 👌

• She's looking amazing as ever 🙌

• Found more peace with food + movement

• Staying consistent on sleep + meal prep

🛠️ Still working on:

• Body image wobble days (they happen!)

• Getting stronger with chin-ups

• Celebrating herself as much as we all celebrate her!

📸 20-year-old me, surrounded by 200+ people on a Benidorm pub crawl 😅

I wasn’t handing out macros or checking MyFitnessPal.

I was repping.

Selling tickets by day (hotel to hotel, tan + 20k steps included), and then leading chaos by night—think hens, stags, you name it—through the island’s most questionable bars 🍻

I had the best few summers when I wasn't in college. I got involved, for sure. But I was also always the one getting everyone home safe and ducking out before sunrise.

Looking back…
That job taught me a LOT.

How to stay calm in mad situations.
How to manage big personalities.
And yeah, how to have serious patience 😅

Which honestly—now that I coach people through fat loss, food struggles, and mindset blocks—is one of the most underrated tools in my locker.

Not everything you learn about helping people comes from a textbook.

Sometimes, it comes from dragging 47 drunk Geordies to their third bar of the night and keeping the peace when one of them loses a flip flop 💀

If nothing else—
It reminds me I’ve always loved working with people ❤️

Bet from Co. Tipperary 🇮🇪 has 2.5 stone GONE! 👏🔥

When she first started, Bet had NEVER used equipment before. Now? She's confidently using resistance bands and smashing it with dumbbells! 💪

And it's not just at home - she even brings her bands on holidays. It’s not a chore anymore… it’s simply part of her life.

She’s made huge changes to her nutrition, consistently choosing better foods, moving more with walking and swimming, and following the structured plan we built together.

This isn’t just weight lost - it’s a whole new lifestyle gained. 🙌
