March Balance āœØļø A Poem By Me, and Not ChatGPT:

This carousel you see, looks really great and all,
but what you don't see in these pictures are the Sunday client calls.

The welcome messages to each new Instagram follower - when in Rome,
the early starts and late night admin, when we get back home.

The check in messages to clients on a weekend, to keep them on track, and the juggling of content creation, scripting & editing - to keep my business intact.

Then there's me, putting my health first too, so Abu Fitness is something I live - not just something I do.

I love my work and wouldn't change it for the world, I've always loved helping others, since I was a little girl.

Keeping it real, showing all angles of my story, follow me for more...emmmm can't think of a good ending here, sorry šŸ˜‚

My biology & P.E was much better than my English but you get the drift šŸ€

I am not a huge fan of bananas šŸ˜‚ so I wasn't optimistic about this one...

However, I absolutely LOVED this banana bread recipe from using their banana protein powder!

SAVE for your next baking moment šŸž

This recipe made 10 generous slices!

I didn't have the full required amount of ground almonds so I used half oat flour..and I bumped up the protein with some isolate too!

Cals & macros per slice:
- Cals 142
- Carbs 16.8g
- Fats 4.9g
- Protein 7.9g

Goes so well with fruit and Greek yoghurt šŸ˜
