CLIENT SPOTLIGHT: GEMMA FROM TIPPERARY 🇮🇪💪
3 months in… and wow, what a journey this woman has been on.
From day one, Gemma came in with a big heart, ADHD brain, and the kind of energy that makes you want to lace up your trainers and hike a mountain.
And she’s done exactly that… and then some. 🏔️💫
🎯 She’s gone from struggling with binge eating and feeling disconnected from her body…
to lifting consistently, hiking mountains, and doing 12 full push-ups as personal best. 👏
She stepped back from alcohol, tuned into her stress triggers, and built a nutrition routine that works for her - no extremes, just more structure, more protein, and a mindset of progress over perfection.
🧠 Navigating ADHD, social plans, body image wobbles, knee pain she's had for years - and STILL showing up with consistency, self-awareness, and humour. 🧡
💥 Wins so far:
• 4 full body training sessions weekly (a mix between her tailored plan, my follow along sessions & a group class)
• Learned to pause + check in with her eating
• Hit 12 push-ups (off knees!)
• Built strength without burning out (rest days are a must on her plan as she's super busy with )
• Shoulder alignment and posture have tidied up very nicely 👌
• She's looking amazing as ever 🙌
• Found more peace with food + movement
• Staying consistent on sleep + meal prep
🛠️ Still working on:
• Body image wobble days (they happen!)
• Getting stronger with chin-ups
• Celebrating herself as much as we all celebrate her!
