Reflection for the last few days ..

2023, I wonder what will be in store for us, what will tomorrow or next week or any minute given, one thing is for sure that life is unpredictable for love of life how our stories will start/end.
Words are incradlabily powerful used wiselyis treasured, with this i "with great respect and love i honour my heart inner teacher" Allowing life waves to move through me with Grace.
it's like prayers, that pulls our strands and when we repeat the prayer it becames one luminous strand which echoes across the universe.
I follow a ritual of blesssing, why bless? by blessing you create a shield of light of divine protection over people/work/family /friends and everything i do.
Today i like to start with Thank you
Thank you for being part of my journey past/present
Thank you for love and compassion
Thank you for my new new course and deeper dive into my work.
Thank you beautiful souls who helped to reflect back such a positive version of myself.
May every be healthy and find peace.

Reflection on monday eveing

Invitation to tune in and be still, to feel into your being and noticed all parts of your being from feet to toes tuning in all sensation.To encouraged balance and healing within.
Our beautiful bodies specks of wonderful stories of joy and pain and sadness if we want acknowledge these stories, we need to be in place of listening in.

If you like try it..
find a place where you feel comfortable
Be comfortable and warm
if you light a candle
if you have essestial oil rub the on the pulse point.
arrive home to yourself, with few relaxing breath
place your left hand on your heart and right hand on the abdominal.
be still and listen in and let it be without changing in anything.
Just be.
