Our Story
Alison Judah, Consultant Osteopath practices in Hammersmith, London. With her vast amount of clinical experience she has helped many patients who have previously struggled to get a diagnosis and a solution to their problems. With the senior level of experience and the longer consultation times you will find Alison's consultations and treatment extremely cost effective.
Specialising in Helping Musicians and Care of the Voice: Whilst Alison sees people from all walks of life she specialises in helping musicians and helping people voice problems. She has undertaken training in the specialist areas of Performing Arts Medicine and Voice and is a member of the Britisha Association of Performing Arts Medicine, the British Voice Association and the Osteopathic Performing Arts Care Association.
And a little more of her background: Alison qualified in 1992 from the London School of Osteopathy with a Diploma in Osteopathic Medicine and then from Kingston University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Osteopathy. Alison also has a Post-Graduate Diploma in Paediatric Osteopathy and worked at the Osteopathic Centre for Children (Osteopathic Paediatric Foundation) for 5 years seeing very complex cases in babies and children. Her studies have included extremely in depth anatomy studying with some of the best clinical anatomists in medicine. She has spent time observing surgeons in the operating theatre on musculoskeletal cases including joint replacements. Alison has worked with GPs in Sussex and London. She set up her own private practice in West London in 1994 which since 2003 has been located in Hammersmith.
On the academic side she has taught clinical diagnosis and osteopathic treatment in undergraduate colleges and has held posts as clinical supervisor in college patient clinics and as an external examiner for clinical competence exams.
