I support people living with chronic pain manage their symptoms more effectively and rebuild confidence through trauma- informed and science-backed coaching. My approach is always non-judgemental and includes also anti-inflammatory nutrition, emotional freedom technique and gentle movements to calm the nervous system and make long-term behaviour change achievable. I also collaborate with healthcare professional, like pain consultants, to integrate coaching into clinical care to bridge the gap between medical recommendations and daily follow through.
