Sandra Shaw, Director of Sandra Shaw Lifestyles Ltd (SSL) works in partnership with Croydon Pulmonary Rehabilitation Service and within the NHS on a consultancy basis as an Exercise and Stop Smoking Specialist. Sandra Shaw also has extensive experience in the Weight Loss industry. Training with diet guru Rosemary Conley, led to the management of Rosemary Conley Diet and Fitness Cubs in South East

London. Laser Healthcare is used within the Weight Loss and Stop Smoking Program. Exercise Therapy classes provide the best evidence based exercise to meet the needs of individuals with poor balance, bone health problems and hip and knee replacements who wish to improve through a specialist exercise programme. A specialist exercise service for older adults developed by Sandra Shaw was nominated for an award by Wandsworth Council. Our company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. I have been working with a charity (Furzedown) to raise funds for a gardening and a physical activity club, for older people. Supporting older adults to maintain their mobility, strength and improve their balance through these times has been so important. Many now preferring one to one support.

Working with a Clinical Exercise Specialist, it took a number of small steps to reach her final goal. As you can see, with many laughs along the way! This lovely lady is now more independent and feels confident carrying out day to day activities in her own home.

For some, today especially because it is so warm, it may feel as though you are breathing through a straw if you have a lung condition. This can lead to fear and anxiety causing more breathlessness. It can be managed in order that it does not get the better of you. Tai Chi Movements developed by the British Lung Foundation will help to reduce anxiety, cope with breathlessness and improve your sense of wellbeing. It will help to give you back
