In 2003 he moved to London to do a course and what it was was only a extended holiday became a permanent stay as he fell in love with the capital. He worked many years in North West London and treated successfully thousands of patients. He has a specialty course in Implantology in Brazil and a diploma in Implant Dentistry through Warwick University - Uk. His combined education and experience enables him to treat challenging cases as full mouth rehabilitations and bone grafts. Dr Silveira attends several courses yearly in the Uk and abroad in order to provide the best treatments to his patients based on scientific evidence.

This case was one of the most technically and emotionally challenging transformations I’ve had the privilege to do. The patient came to us with missing and failing teeth, and together we rebuilt his smile with dental implants and a custom full-mouth restoration.
