We have the perfect strength focused workout designed by our very own personal trainer, Bronwen. When next in the club take a trip to the HIIT studio where you can follow the workout in person.
The workout 🏋️
▫️Round 1 - Beginner
45 seconds for each exercise
- Box Squat
- Knee push up
- Gorilla row
- Alternating wave ropes
▫️Round 2 - General
45 seconds for each exercise
- Goblet Squat
- Eccentric push up
- Bent over row
- Alternating wave ropes
▫️Round 3 - Intermediate
50 seconds for each exercise
- Back Squat
- Standard push up
- Bent over bar row
- Rope slams
Make sure to rest for 2 minutes in between sets and stay hydrated
