first week on Plan and it's going well 🏆Reposted from AD | Week One on The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan
Last week I announced that I am working in partnership with The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan to help me achieve my goals to be a healthier and slimmer Mum in 2022. I’m already into week 3 of the Plan so thought it was time to share how I found week one of the Plan and how successful I was on the scales.
First up my starting photograph. (Deep breath) It’s not an angle I’m particularly comfortable with, I’m always hiding behind the boys and usually take more selfies with flattering angles and light. But here it is. My starting photo on plan (hiding face!)
I started the Plan full of excitement about the products, I couldn’t wait to try them out and after a fantastic pep talk from my Consultant Sarah I was rearing to go. I’m on Step 1B which means I can have four products per day. I started the day with a yummy Vanilla Flavour Shake which I absolutely love and plenty of water to see me through the day.
My first day on Plan was a success, I kept myself busy and I was really focused. Throughout my first week, I was trying various products and was surprised at the range available. I tried different porridges, shakes, soups, meals and smoothies and was really impressed. I quickly found my favourites and looked forward to enjoying them on Plan.
My Consultant Sarah has been amazing, sending me encouraging texts and voice notes and her support has been incredible so far. She’s a little ray of sunshine in my phone!
As the week drew to a close, I felt less bloated and was super impressed with myself that I had managed to stay 100% on plan. I wasn’t craving anything and was looking forward to my first weigh in.
The scales showed I had lost just over 7lb which I was really happy with. It’s a good start on my journey and I’m looking forward to seeing how I get on as the weeks progress.
