I even encountered conflicting messages about breakfast, eggs, Keto, plant-based diets, and the belief that traditional African foods contributed to weight gain. Determined to uncover the truth, I delved into the world of nutrition and gained credible knowledge to separate fact from fiction.
Armed with my newfound wisdom, I started implementing changes. And guess what? The pounds gradually melted away, and over a decade later, I've successfully maintained my weight loss.
