Ok, what are the most common obstacles mothers face pre and post baby? These were mine:
Had two kids. Born with 4.300 kg & 4 kg (over 9 pound babies);
Diastasis Recti 4 fingers wide;
A mess of a pelvic floor, incontinence and prolapse;
Poor metabolism;
Post natal weight to lose;
Undisciplined;
Hardly motivated;
Love food! Little support from friends or family;
Poor social life;
Child with disabili

Suffer with low mood;
Binge eating bouts;
Suffer with Sjögren’s;
Lack of space, tiny flat;
Get bored easily. But I have done it! I found my way back to optimal health, and I have maintained my results. I used to be 90kg (198+ pounds) before I had kids and with the proper resources, and baby steps, my weight is healthier than pre pregnancy and I feel stronger than ever. I have closed my diastasis recti from 4 fingers wide to only a half a finger and my core is STRONG! It takes time and commitment. I’m working everyday to maintain achieved results. But you can’t rush progress! I simply took things one day at a time, and results followed. I’m not one of those super humans who make a goal, make a plan and stick to it religiously. No, that’s not me, this kind of approach stresses me out and I get depressed. I was taking baby steps, day by day. And it worked for me, it worked for me so far. I will help you to find approach best suited for You. I feel better, stronger, healthier and I am glad to be a positive role model for my kids. They asking questions about healthy eating choices, what food will make them stronger, faster, give them beautiful hair. They join me with my exercises and make up their own and put me through their made up drills :))))

Involve your kids, let them join you and copy you alongside. Don’t take it too seriously, and it won’t feel so overwhelming! Enjoy yourself! There is no shortage of options when it comes to workout DVDs, fitness studios, and workout equipment—so you might be wondering what makes my approach unique. For starters, I have been exactly where you are today - so I know where you are coming from. I have succeeded with rehabilitating my own diastasis recti, prolapse and urinary incontinence. 📣 Important Update: Clinic Closing September 20th

After many beautiful years of supporting others through massage and movement, I’ve made the decision to close my clinic. My last day of work will be September 20th.

It’s not an easy goodbye, but it’s a necessary pause — and a chance for new beginnings. 💛

Thank you to every person who shared this space with me, trusted me, and allowed me to be part of your journey. I’ll be forever grateful.

Location: 125 Bowes Rd, London N13 4SB (inside Twisted Yoga Bounds Green)

Price: £100 per day PAYG or £60-80 per day on monthly contract.

- £410 per person per twin shared bedroom.

(Showers are shared between bedrooms. Single occupancy room has ensuite with a bathtub but no shower).

"Идеология ретрита" :
Многим из нас надо побыть одним, на едине с самим собой. Но некоторые боятся,или чувствуют себя не комфортно путешествовать одним. Поэтому, уважаем пространство друг друга. Если вам хочется с кем то поговорить, человек без чувства вины может вам сказать что wants to be by themselves, мы без обид и с уважением даём человеку пространство. Кто то может идти впереди группы, кто то за группой, с наушниками, сидеть с книгой дома в гостиной , пойти на пляж погулять или в лес за домом и тп.

Что включено в цену:

▪️Питание(вегетарианское). Завтрак, что найдем в шкафчиках: Чай, кофе, cereals, яйца, каша овсяная, авокадо 🥑, хлеб, масло, молоко, фрукты и тп. Я варю яйца на всех. Завтрак каждый сам себе делает, если хотите яйца не варёные, сами себе делаете как хотите. На завтрак час даётся.
- Приготовленный горячий ужин нас будет ждать по возвращении с похода.

▪️Йога/растяжки сессия, утром в 7:30-8:30 . Выход поймать автобус к началу похода в 9:40

▪️ Групповой поход на целый день ( 9-10 часов, зависит от скорости участников. Подъем средней тяжести) на Bhein Mhor через 4 вершины. Мой секретный путь, пока что его нет ни на одной карте хайкинговых аппликаций.
Второй день - Поход в ботанический сад Бенмор и круговой в Pucks Glen.
*Советы с организацией прогулок если кто хочет один по легче прогулки.

As a mum to a child with disabilities, I know how not only mentally and emotionally exhausting our job is, but physically too. Our bodies have to endure not only tiredness of physically caring for our children, but emotional pressure too. Our bodies carry stress in our backs, shoulders, necks. We hold our emotions inside to stay strong and it piles up and our bodies feel it.

If you are a mum to a child with disabilities or special needs, or you know of one, I would love to offer a 60 minute massage treatment. I would only ask £15 towards the room rent.

Did you know, I do face massage?
My personal choice is not to go down Botox and fillers road. I tried lip filler about 7+ years ago and didn't like it at all. Didn't like the feeling of it the most. So I choose sleep, massage and exercise. It won't stop the aging, but it does help to slow it down 🤪

What kind of face massage do I offer? - Natural Lift Facial Massage! At £45 only for 40 minutes appointment.

This is a blend of effective techniques drawn from both Japanese & Indian face massage. It also incorporates complimentary techniques from Acupressure & Facial Reflexology.

It can HELP to increase blood circulation, improve lymphatic flow, tone muscles to help prevent sagging skin & fine lines.

It is NOT a facial, so please come with a clean, no make up face .

If it's not feasible, I will offer a choice of either organic face cleaning wipes by Cheaky Panda or a face cleanser for all skin types.

For the massage medium the choice is either Kaeso face massage cream, Avokado oil or a grapeseed oil. All products I'm using for the face are free of nut oils. If you do have sensitive skin or allergies you are welcome to bring your own cream /oil to be used for the massage.

Do you know how to fall? Does your body know how to fall? A strong and limber body helps with injury prevention.
Do you see that step up on the pic? I fell off of it kind of backwards landing sideways. It was stupid 🤕 I was looking at the mountain, all my attention focused on the beauty of the view and I stepped back completely forgetting that I'm on the step up. My ankle buckled and landed on my hip-ribs-elbow. But to the surprise of all the people around me I just got up, laughed and kept on walking. One kind lady chased after me offering a plaster for my bleeding elbow. No limping, no other visible bruises. My hip and ribs did feel bruised a bit the next day only.
My point is, as you age, strength training, balance training, mobility and stretching is extremely important. I'm 44 years old. And as my husband said, he tried to catch me, most people he knows would probably ended up with a broken bone after a fall like that, at least with a twisted ankle and unable to walk.
And after that, Google algorithms started showing me adverts for courses that teach the older population how to fall 😆
Don't stop moving, do your exercise, you'll have more chances to live longer 😉

OMG 😍 just got my new hiking/climbing/whatever activity trousers from
They feel sooo good. I've got Unisex Bataboom Trousers and now I want more! They are so soft, stretchy, not suffocating tight and don't fall off/slide down. In the next few weeks I'll be participating in a yoga retreat in England, leading a hiking retreat in Scotland, so they will go through vigorous testing and I will report on how they fare in the wilds 😜. Our Story

Jevgenija Triantafillu Jev is a Pre&Post Natal Fitness Instructor, Woman's Health coach with firsthand experience.

journey in woman's health started after her second child, when she discovered such things like diastasis, incontinence and prolapse exist. But what she could not find was good solid helpful information. That is when she started her specialist training in Post Natal fitness in 2009 and she have succeeded with rehabilitating her own body.

In doing that came the passion to help other women. She loves what she does, loves helping women and it gives her great satisfaction to see her clients succeed.

In addition to being Pre & Post Natal Fitness Instructor Jev is a Holistic Core Restore® Coach; Certified Sports Massage therapist & Certified Abdominal Scar soft tissue therapist. She also offers Kinesio taping for Pregnancy & Post Natal issues.
