A gentler way to be heard between sessions.

Sometimes the hardest part is not the session itself, but the space between sessions — when something feels heavy, words are hard to find, and putting everything into language feels like too much.

That is why I created an AI-assisted therapeutic check-in — a secure space where clients can check in by voice or text in a calmer, more manageable way. It is designed to support reflection, continuity, and therapeutic awareness between sessions.

This is not a chatbot pretending to be a therapist. It is a clinician-reviewed, bounded support tool. It can help clients reflect, review what they want to say, and submit a check-in, while also helping the clinician notice patterns and changes over time. Human care remains central.

It is also important to be clear about its limits: it is not a diagnostic tool, not a replacement for therapy, and not for emergencies or crisis support.

Our inner timing influences how we rest, how calm we feel, how alert we are during the day, and sometimes how ready the mind is for positive therapeutic change.

That is why I am pleased to share BioClock — an Android app designed to help you explore BioTime, circadian rhythm, sleep timing, alignment, and daily wellbeing calmly and practically. It also offers gentle reminders, suggested bedtime timing, trends, and local-first privacy, with data that remains useful even offline. It is presented as supportive and observational, not as a diagnostic tool or a replacement for care.

For many people, hypnotherapy is most effective when it is supported by better rhythm, more regular sleep, and a deeper understanding of when the body and mind are under strain. BioClock can be another gentle way to notice patterns and bring more awareness into everyday life.
