What are the small, consistent things you and your partner do that make you feel safe and connected? We like to call them 'rituals.' ✨

They're not about the grand gestures. They're about the quiet habits that say "we're a team" - the ones that are so ordinary you almost forget how much they matter. These small moments of connection are often the glue that holds a relationship together.

What's one of your relationship rituals? 👇

One of the hardest things about stress is how quietly it affects the people we love most. 💙

If you've been thinking about talking to your partner about how you're feeling, you're not alone in finding it difficult. Our counsellors share a few things that tend to help people find their way in:

🕰️ Pick your moment - choose a time when you feel safe and steady.

🚶 Take the pressure off - our counsellors often recommend a walk or a drive. Talking side-by-side can feel a lot easier than sitting face-to-face.

💬 Be specific - telling them what support actually looks like for you takes the guesswork out of it.

❤️ Give them time - a quiet or awkward first response isn't rejection. It's often just someone figuring out how to show up for you.

Trust sits at the heart of a relationship, but that doesn’t mean it always feels steady. 🤔

Sometimes, doubt or jealousy can creep in, especially when you’re feeling a bit vulnerable or unsure. That doesn’t mean anything is “wrong”, it just means you’re human.

Rather than pushing those feelings away, it can help to gently open up about them and let your partner in. 💜

We’ve shared a few simple ways to navigate trust and those wobbly moments. You can read more here: https://bit.ly/4uvNnz7

Between work, life admin, the endless laundry and cooking dinner, it’s easy to look at your relationship and realise you feel more like housemates. ☕

If you’re in that space right now, you’re not alone. When life gets busy, it can quietly pull you out of sync with each other. Finding your way back doesn’t have to be anything big. Often, it’s the small, everyday moments that help you reconnect.

Maybe that looks like putting your phones away for ten minutes tonight and having a cup of tea together. No life admin, no talk about chores. Just you. ❤️
