“I am calm and find peace within the chaos”

As we step into the New Year I have found myself in a whole world of chaos, having made the decision to renovate and redecorate, resulting in dust everywhere from sanded floors, a sofa saga that is too long to go into and endless trawling of Pinterest interiors trying to find the perfect colour of paint!

But despite it all, I always create a little haven of calm using our gemstone diffusers and oil blends - thank goodness for crystals and essential oils!

Have you tried any of our essential oil blends yet? My absolute favourite is Starlight, with Refresh coming in fast, especially in the bathroom.. it’s so fresh and minty!

How’s your skin holding up?

Cold, frosty days are not the kindest are they? My skin is definitely suffering from dry patches and breakouts, which seem to be the result of harsh weather, saunas, face masks and tons of water - I’m undergoing a skin detox for sure!

My skin saviour this winter has been our Superfood Serum, packed with natures vitamins and minerals and a healthy dose of hyaluronic acid pearls to boost hydration (absolutely essential during winter) and help promote healthy skin.

And just like that, we’re back!

Here we are in 2025 already, and I don’t know about anyone else, but I’m struggling to get back into the swing of things!

Although I don’t really go for the whole “New Year, new me” ethos, I do find January a good time to slow down, reset the nervous system and spend some quality time with me!

The past 2 weeks has seen me relaxing in my sauna blanket with my LED face mask on, guzzling gallons of water! Of course our Yoga Mat Spray is always on hand for when I decide to indulge in some gentle exercise (meditation and breathing exercises mainly)!

How’s January going for you? Are you a hardcore hit the gym type, or a more ease into it gently type like me?
