Supreme Care Services is a privately owned company that has been delivering professional quality care to its continuously growing number of clients since 1998.
We pride ourselves on working closely with our clients to provide the best tailor-made assistance whilst in the comfort of their own homes.
We are registered with the CQC and all our staffs are fully qualified and DBS checked for your peace of mind. Our aim is to provide a professional, friendly service to aid independence and improve quality of life to those who require care and support in their own home.
We place great value on our professional approach to Home care, working in close operation with general practitioners, social services, hospitals and voluntary organisations.
Our thorough recruitment procedure includes a Formal interview; Professional and personal reference confirmations; Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and Protection of Vulnerable Adults checks. We also confirm any training already received and verify certification.

our Services - As a Private Homecare company, we have lots of other home care services, care homes and Nursing services that could make your day-to-day life easier and more enjoyable. We provide personal care, medication administration, personal tasks, preparation of light meals, helping with eating, domestic housework, outreach, wakening care / sleepover, arranging shopping needs etc. Whatever your requirements are, we will be delighted to discuss them with you.
Companionship and social care - Supreme Care Services can accompany you to social activities or your day centre. We can spend time with you, helping you to learn new skills or how to get a particular task done.
Sitting services - You might need one of our care assistants to stay with you while the person who normally looks after you has a short break.
Transport/drivers - We provide transport and drivers taking you to hospital or other appointments, or on visits to friends and relatives.
Gardening - Our team will do light gardening jobs, including cutting the grass and weeding.
Domestic help - Our care in the home includes cleaning the house, washing up, doing the laundry and ironing. If necessary we can also arrange to undertake a deep clean of your home.
Shopping- We will do your shopping and go on errands such as collecting your benefits, pensions or prescriptions.
Meal preparation - Our standard homecare plans usually include making sandwiches and light meals like soups. We can also prepare home-made hot meals for you – we simply need to allocate some extra time to our care assistants for this.
Hairdressing - Some of our home care team are qualified hairdressers, providing a range of hairdressing services in your own home.
Respite Care - We are experienced in providing a much deserved break to a dependent relative or friend.
