The sun is shining, the days are getting longer, and nature is giving us some seriously delicious, nutrient-packed produce to enjoy!
Eating seasonally isnโt just good for the planet itโs great for our gut, energy, and overall well-being too.
Hereโs whatโs fresh this month and how it can nourish us:
๐ฅฆ Veggies: Purple sprouting broccoli, kale, spring greens, wild garlic, radishes, spinach, leeks, and the last of the winter roots. Packed with antioxidants, fibre, and immune-boosting goodness to help us shake off winter.
๐ Fruit: Rhubarb is in its prime! Its tartness is amazing in compotes, crumbles, or even blended into a gut-friendly smoothie. Rich in polyphenols to support digestion and reduce inflammation.
๐ Fish & Seafood: Lemon sole, mussels, clams, and plaice are all at their bestโfull of omega-3s to support brain health, joints, and mood.
March is all about light, fresh flavours and supporting our bodies as we transition into spring.
