While breast aesthetics is what he's particularly known for, Professor Sforza covers far more: facelifts, rhinoplasty, liposuction, tummy tucks, and a number of other surgical options tailored to each patient's goals.

Every consultation starts the same way — with a proper conversation about what you're hoping for, what's realistic, and what the right path might be for you.

The full list of procedures is in the link in bio.

Rhinoplasty 3 Months Post Op

This is what I mean when I talk about harmony over change. The goal was never to create a different nose. It was to find the version of her features that felt most like herself.

If you've been thinking about rhinoplasty and want to understand what's possible for your anatomy, a consultation is the right place to start. Every nose, every face, every goal is different, and that's how I approach it.

There's a lot of speculation whenever a familiar face looks noticeably different. As a surgeon, I'm less interested in the gossip and more interested in the anatomy, what was actually done, whether it was done well, and why the result looks the way it does.

Facelift and blepharoplasty are two of the most scrutinised procedures in plastic surgery, partly because the results are so visible and partly because the line between natural and overdone is so clear once you know what to look for.

If you've been thinking about either procedure and want an honest clinical perspective on what's realistic for you specifically, a consultation is the right place to start.

Here's what makes Mia® different:

01 — No general anaesthetic. Mia® is performed under local anaesthesia. Patients walk in and walk out the same day.
02 — The scar is practically invisible. A 2-2.5cm incision, hidden in the armpits. Most patients find it difficult to locate even weeks later.
03 —Results that look and feel like you. However you move, your implants move with you.
04 — You can see your result before surgery. Through the Adoreal platform, you get access to a full 3D visualisation. You're not imagining an outcome, you're looking at one.
05 — Long-term health monitoring stays intact. Mia® implants feature Zen® technology, fully compatible with mammograms and MRI scans.

Professor Sforza is one of the UK's leading surgeons offering Mia Femtech®, if you are interested in learning more about Mia, this is your sign to book a consultation or visit the link in bio to find out more.

The light feels gentle, but your skin is already responding to longer days and rising UV. Small adjustments now can make a real difference by summer.

• Exfoliate: Use a gentle face scrub or a chemical peel to buff away dull, dry winter skin cells and unclog pores.
• Tackle Hyperpigmentation: Spring is the ideal time to introduce brightening actives. Kojic acid, niacinamide, and tranexamic acid all work to suppress melanin production and fade dark spots.
Daily SPF: As UVB rays intensify, apply a broad-spectrum SPF daily to protect against increased sun exposure.
• Antioxidants: Vitamin C serums and products that are rich in antioxidants strengthen the skin barrier against daily environmental damage.
• Retinol Reminder: Retinol is a key anti-ageing skincare step to promote cell renewal and collagen production. However, higher UV means higher sensitivity — always pair with SPF the following morning.

Happy Easter! Enjoy the long weekend and soak up the spring sunshine (with SPF on, of course).

It's particularly useful if you're based outside London or abroad, if your schedule makes clinic visits difficult, or if you simply want to explore your options privately before deciding anything.

"While I'm doing this surgery, could we do that too?" The answer, more often than not, is yes.
Breast procedures combine well with other areas like the abdomen, arms, thighs, or wherever else has been on your mind. Rather than planning separate surgeries at separate times, many patients choose to address everything together. One procedure. One recovery. One chapter closed. One beautiful final result.

You can make the most of your time and your decision, especially when you've already done the research, know what you want and are ready to move forward. What matters most is understanding what you want to feel like and building a plan around that.
If you've been sitting with this quietly, you don't have to. Questions are always welcome.

You lose the weight. You have the baby. You get through menopause. And then you're left with skin that tells a different story to how you actually feel.
Here's why it happens: skin stays supple because of collagen and elastin, two proteins that keep it firm and resilient. When skin is stretched significantly through pregnancy, weight gain, or gradual ageing, those fibres weaken.

And once they've been weakened beyond a certain point, they don't fully recover.
On the face, it shows up as jowling, a softening jawline, or loose skin around the neck. On the body, it tends to gather around the abdomen, arms, and thighs.

The options vary depending on the degree of laxity and the area. Non-surgical treatments can help with mild cases. For more significant laxity, surgical options like a facelift, neck lift, tummy tuck, or body lift tend to give the most lasting result.

If this is something you've been sitting with, I'd love to hear from you in the comments. What questions do you have about loose skin on face or body?

Dear Friends, Patients and Colleagues

Once, I heard: “A Powerful Education is a Base…” and I am extremely thankful that I received my training in Plastic Surgery with Professor Ivo Pitanguy in Brazil. He is not only one of the most important Plastic Surgeons in the world, but he also posses a vast humanistic vision. He was the first surgeon to defend the concepts of “The right for beauty”.

In this postmodern society in which the media exerts tremendous influence on us with new concepts and tends with a new velocity not measured is days or hours, but is megabytes per second, fashion became not only an object of desire, but mainly an instrument to exercise pressure on our minds and souls.

I believe that waking up in the morning, looking at the mirror and feeling good about oneself is one of our most important tools to face the world with confidence and happiness.

My mission is to give You this confidence and make You feel better both inside and out.
