This client was overjoyed to have had 6 hours of unbroken sleep. Can you relate?
Sleep is one of the non-negotiable pillars of health. But if sleep is a challenge for you, it is likely going to impact your day, your week, and your future health. Finding ways to improve your sleep is paramount. Here are some ideas ⬇️
📲 turn your phone off, airplane mode ✈️ or “do not disturb” an hour before you go to bed
📝 write down your thoughts from the day, including 5 things you feel especially grateful for, anything to add to the to-do list, and any ideas/dreams you have for a happier future
🍴Leave 3 hours between your last meal and when you go to sleep. No late night snacking. Top tip - brush your teeth early! 🪥
