Most people are spending more on skincare than they need to, and getting less out of it than they should.
The skincare industry is very good at selling the feeling of doing something for your skin. Beautiful packaging, compelling marketing, confident shop assistants. But none of that tells you whether a product is actually right for your skin, what it’s doing at a cellular level, or whether it belongs in your routine at all.
The reality is that most people’s bathroom shelves are full of products chosen for the wrong reasons. And without understanding the purpose behind each one, what it’s targeting, how it works, and what outcome you’re actually trying to achieve, it’s very easy to spend a significant amount of money going nowhere.
Good skincare isn’t about having more. It’s about having the right things, used correctly, for a reason.
