I think it is so important that we realise that we are all of the same energy.
We are all the energy of spirit and we come into this world because our soul wishes to learn from the experiences of life.
This helps us evolve but most importantly it allows the soul to evolve and move forward.
It is difficult however to think of us all of the same energy.
Our free will takes us all in different directions.
Our philosophy our religious beliefs our ideology are all thrown into the mix and each one of us will have our own belief system.
There is without doubt a great deal of love within this world but there is also a great deal of hate anger and cruelty and it is this is what needs to change to allow the world to evolve and move forward.
This is what shapes us as human beings and it is why life is so diverse and so different for all of us.
This makes it more difficult for us to live in harmony and yet this is what we must strive for.
A world where we can all live in peace. A world filled with joy and happiness and a world where no one lives or walks in fear.
Life is and should be an adventure for all of us, however when you look around the world today you can see that for many millions it is not an adventure. It actually seems a cruel place to live.
People living under the most difficult conditions living in hunger living in squalor and those that have been abused and left to get on with their lives. For these people, life is a struggle if not a nightmare.
I also must ask why we feel we must stop migrants coming into the country?
Are we not all entitled to have a better life? Is this not we are all striving for?
Life has never been simple and none of us will have all the answers. However Life is here for us to learn. It is gives us the opportunity to evolve and hopefully enjoy the experiences of life.
We should all embrace life and live a full life.

Today is a Dark Day for democracy.
My heart goes out to all those that lost their lives yesterday in Barcelona and all those that were injured and caught up in the incident.
Barcelona has always and will always be one of the most vibrant cities in the world.
Barcelona must never forget this day but it must also remain the vibrant energy that it is and show that life carries on.

You cannot choose where you have been but you can choose where you are going.
What I mean by this is that even though you might have been dealt a bad hand at cards and you feel like you have had everything thrown at you during your life. The future does not have to be the same. You choose what it is you want out of life and where you want to go.
Use your free will and create the opportunities that will allow you to have a far better fulfilled life.
Decide what it is that you want from life and reach out for it.
Tell the universe what you want and they in turn will provide it for you.
You have every reason to be Happy. To enjoy the fruits of life. To have a full and rewarding life and to experience a truly wonderful experience.

Mediumship

Mediumship is the practice of certain people—known as mediums—to purportedly mediate communication between spirits of the dead and, human beings. There are different types of mediumship including spirit channelling, and Ouija.
I have taken the above definition from the web. I do take offence to the word “purportedly”
As if to suggest that it could be true, however it might not be.
I have been a profession medium for almost thirty years and have given such amazing messages that I know that it can only be true and that it should be accepted that there are people including myself with this wonderful gift that enables us to be in touch with those that have passed over to the other side.
As a medium we must understand that we are simply messengers. Messengers that are able to bring forward those that have departed from this world in a way that has brought them back to life. Bringing back the memories. Giving healing and understanding to the sitter.
I also believe that it is very important to understand how mediumship works and how to use the tools that are available to us.
Mediumship must be Matter of fact. The small details are so important when giving a reading and it those details that give us the proof of survival.
Firstly we must prepare ourselves before working. I always meditate for 30 minutes. Not only quieting my mind but also empting it of any thoughts so that when I start working, the only information comes from spirit.
This is one of the most difficult disciplines to be learnt but if you want to be a good medium then you must learn to quieten the mind.
This is difficult to explain and for some people may be difficult to understand but once I have prepared myself for mediumship I feel this unbelievable energy with me. The only way I can explain it is by saying it is like turning on a light switch or plugging myself into a socket.
You need to free your mind so that the only information that comes through is from spirit.
I must stress this discipline although not an easy discipline is imperative and must be mastered if you want to be a good medium. At no time must your mind become analytical as you will only allow your mind to get confused with the information that is coming through from spirit.
I then open myself up through the Chakras and I will devote a separate chapter for this.
Each one of us has tools available to us. Clairvoyance, clairsentience, clairaudience.
CLAIRVOYANCE
The ability to see clearly through the third eye in picture form.
Being able to understand what you are seeing clearly.
CLAIRAUDIANCE
To be able to hear clearly within the mind.

Responsibility

Mediums have a responsibility.
To be honest at all times and accept that sometimes it just does not work.
To be careful with our words and never to offend the sitter.

Names, Birthdays and small details
This means I am able to bring in the Names and Birthdays that matter but above all. I am able to bring in the small details that matter so much when giving a reading. Leaving the sitter in no doubt that that their loved ones are still with them.

CLEARSENTIENCE
To be able to sense and feel within our solar plexus.
To me this is the most important tool and a tool that is available to all of us.
To be able to sense and feel the person as they come close to you.
To be able to describe them just by sensing but also to be able to sense the way they are dressed and their own personalities.

I think it is important also to understand how to work with the tools available to you and that not all of us have all the tools at our fingertips.
I myself am not clairvoyant but I am more than happy with the tools I have: Clairaudience and clairsentience.
