The Event Massage service provides treatments for open days, seminars, schools, conferences,corporate and major sporting events. The event massage service has a therapist database made up of qualified therapists, physiotherapists, sports therapists, sports therapy students and massage students.

Happy New year!! first post of the year is a reflection of 10 years in business. I made it through 2025 marked 10 years for bodyhealththerapies. It's been an amazing 10 years and I have met great people along the way i want to thank all the massage therapists that have worked with me these past years .your support and help is so appreciated. I could not have done it without you. The customers and clients that come to the clinics thank you. I started it all in 2015 with no clue what I was doing but just the passion for massage

Its been a hard few years the loss of my sister,mum and three best friends has taken a toll on my body and mind over the years but I keep going..my mum would always say "keep going " so I do .

The weight has piled on grief can do that . I look in the mirror each day and say who is that person 🫤😌 but hey something I need to conquer..in 2026 ..my family are my biggest supporters and help.My niece Davina has been there from the beginning working at my events and cheering me on all the way.we have had so much fun and laughs along the way its been a ride.thank you Davina 🙏🏾❤️😊
I feel i have more to come God willing 🙏🏾 I hope with all of you lots more. We will see but this is for sure

Using flash and sliding techniques with or without active movement helps movement and aids in pain relief. As shown in the videos .the technique is being used on a rugby players hamstrings and quads to improve movement and blood flow
