💫The secret to motivation is pushing yourself. Motivation is a feeling it comes and goes.
⭐️Sometimes I really don’t feel like doing my own training after I’ve been back to back teaching I’m tired lol but I tell myself get ya s**t together and get to to the gym and just do it anyway. I try each day to show up for myself. So if you’re losing motivation as it’s coming to end of Jan stick at your goals, small steps and just do it anyway 🚀 Happy Friday everyone 🖤

We can re set at any point in our day.
I had such an emotional rollercoaster at the start of this year in my personal life which came quite unexpected. I had felt so depleted. But with time we can build ourselves up again at any point start over and change our lives. I’m focused and feel more positive than ever 🖤

I just did such a beautiful mat Pilates class with I love how movement and breathing can just release all that tension …feels so good!!!!❤️

I want to share something with you guys that I’ve been thinking about lately as it’s come up when I do my gratitude list everyday…I share this because life isn’t linear but what has been constant through tough times is amazing friends that have been there for me and I am so grateful. Through out everything in life what I think is sooo vital is having good people around you. There are radiators and drains in this world choose people in your life wisely. Just as much as Instagram can be jarring for me as my compare and despair can run riot it’s also a great tool to connect with people on a positive level. Some of the best things in life aren’t things 🙏🏽 ☺️

Days seem to be rolling into the next and feelings are so up and down. Wednesday afternoon out the blue I felt so low I rushed with panic I ended up retreating back to bed for over a day. Just over thinking & worrying. Pain and discomfort is relative and Instagram can be deceiving. I stopped posting and scrolling on Instagram for a while last year because I find it easy to slip into compare and despair mode. 🌟I just want to share that it’s ok if you’re not smashing daily home workouts, running for miles, being super creative or making cupcakes.
🧘🏻‍♀️ I am finding acceptance in stillness and peace that’s it ok to just be. Listening to my body. Being ok with not having to be productive & achieving all the time. 💕 Everyday is different and today I can’t wait to get outside and move 🏃🏽‍♀️

My main goal when I wanted to be a trainer was fundamentally to get more people moving! There is a silver living in this virus! But as we know Covid is causing such devastation around the world and it’s heartbreaking.
Be gentle with yourself in such challenging and strange times a slow stretch or a Sunday stroll can be enough.

It’s been a long time since I’ve been up on the grid. So here goes I’m back 👋🏽 sorry it’s a long one folks 🥰
Why haven’t I posted for while... real life stuff just got in the way from about a year ago now things seemed to ripple & not in the best way, started from being in a 3 way car accident to then having ptsd which was just the beginning. But there is Light at the end of the tunnel ...

After doing a lot of healing and feeling mentally stronger and spiritually better yes I want to make this a platform about health and fitness but also sharing about things that people don’t often talk about, coping/ living with fears, anxiety, depression, which I wouldn’t have normally shared on the gram.
🤓 Back to what I LOVE doing teaching and training 🙋🏻‍♀️💪🏽💪🏽 Now more than ever I want to get more people moving at home & bringing people together online!
💥 I will be doing daily live classes 🤩 teaching my sculpt & shape method which will be coming up soon!! 😘
