💫The secret to motivation is pushing yourself. Motivation is a feeling it comes and goes.
⭐️Sometimes I really don’t feel like doing my own training after I’ve been back to back teaching I’m tired lol but I tell myself get ya s**t together and get to to the gym and just do it anyway. I try each day to show up for myself. So if you’re losing motivation as it’s coming to end of Jan stick at your goals, small steps and just do it anyway 🚀 Happy Friday everyone 🖤
