An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part-time Fitness Supervisor to work for 8 hours per week at a corporate gym in Chesterfield.

The role involves gym supervision and management, taking appointments/classes, retention of current members whilst trying to attract new members. You would be required to produce monthly reports on usage, as well as marketing and promotional literature.

The Fitness Supervisor role requires a dedicated, self motivated fitness professional with qualifications and experience in the fitness industry. A customer focused and friendly approach is required together with good organisational skills.

This is a permanent position following a successful trial period.

The Fitness Supervisor role requires a dedicated, self-motivated fitness professional. You will need to have a Fitness Instructor (level 2), a class instructor, or a Personal Trainer (level 3) qualification.

A customer-focused and friendly approach is required together with good organisational skills. the successful applicant can only be employed on completion of full security clearance checks

EFP have a vacancy for an enthusiastic and motivated Fitness Manager for a prestigious corporate Fitness Centre in Bristol.

You will need to have experience in marketing, and sales, and management ability. This will be equalled by strong personal skills and excellent customer care.

Key capabilities:

- Professional fitness qualifications (level 2 as a minimum)

- The ability to teach circuits, bootcamp (indoors and outdoors)

- First aid qualification

- Previous experience within corporate gyms preferred

- Any additional class qualifications (beneficial, but not essential)

- Ability to organise successful health events across site for staff

- Experience in marketing, and sales, and management ability

- Reporting progress on membership and financial aspects of the club

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential

- Experience of using Microsoft Office 365 preferred

Responsibilities:

Sales (gym based) – achieve new member, total membership, and income targets

Membership retention – use initiative aimed at improving and maintaining member retention

Centre Operations – the overall running of the fitness centre’s day to day operational requirements

Marketing – increasing awareness and generating new membership sales

Health and Safety – adherence to club and site H&S requirements

Online fitness content - daily posting of fitness content to social media and online community groups, creating members workouts, creating articles for member newsletters and other admin related responsibilities for online content

Online member interaction - creating and distributing member programmes online via email or videocall

Sales (corporate) – gathering potential contacts details, reaching out to warm and cold leads, research on potential companies, managing a database of potential clients

Energy Fitness Professionals like to look after their staff by offering a pension plan, weekday shifts, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.

For this role you must have evidence of the right to work in the UK. We can only consider applicants who are settled in the UK. There is no relocation package with this job role.
