What an incredible week it’s been training with the amazing
I’ve been doing energy work for 20 years, but I was ready for a power-up and who better to guide me than Dot herself. Having sat in her healing circles and received her beautiful energy work, I knew she was the woman to train with.

Now I’m bringing a new level of healing into my sessions: Abstraction, psychic surgery, pendulum work, elemental magic, deep clearings and more.

My clients are in for something powerful aren’t they lucky?!
If you feel the call, I have some spaces available for 1:1 healing in my peaceful Warlingham garden treatment room.

DM to book!

The last few days I’ve been deepening my energy healing practice with the incredible force that is
Today we shared a beautiful meditation from the wonderful and I was reminded of my first spiritual love, Angels

When I stopped drinking 23 years ago, it was Diana’s work that helped me reconnect with angelic energy. As a child, I always felt their presence and I’d talk about them often, and my mum used to call me her angel.

I’ll never forget a moment early in recovery when I was overwhelmed with the urge to drink. I took myself to bed, desperate… and then I felt it , a beautiful, peaceful energy surrounding me. I heard a voice telling me Archangel Raphael was with me, and I felt completely safe, wrapped in his wings. That night, I didn’t drink. That first year, I called on the angels often, and they always showed up.

Reconnecting with them today feels like coming home. I’m so grateful to be weaving their presence back into my healing work and my life

And just to remind me they’re still here , I found a perfect white feather on my walk this evening .A sign, as always, that the angels are near.

I’m looking forward to bringing this learning into my work and I have a few appointments in August if you would like to experience this new upgrade, message me to book in.

Our Story

About ME I started on my path of alternative therapies in early 2002 when my marriage was breaking down. This lead me to re evaluate what I was doing with my life. I started to look at myself and the lifestyle I was leading i embarked on the wonderful joyful journey I am still taking today, with new experiences and new learnings that continue to help me grow and blossom. I have over 10 years experience and my training started with Usui Reiki. I discovered that as well as self healing this could be used to help facilitate healing in others. After a drawn out divorce I was fortunate enough to be able to travel extensively and I was drawn to Mount Shasta in California where I completed my massage practitioner course. I most enjoyed my daily Qi Gong practice within the wonderful mountain energy and I use this Qi Gong energy within my massage. In 2015 I trained in a different Reiki called “Shambala” which has bought a wonderful new energy to my work and this quickly lead me to advance in my massage therapy and do more training. I specialise in seeing the person as a “whole” and I became interested in fascia because the whole body is connected through it. I did some specialised Fascial Unwinding and energy awareness training as it compliments what I already do. How can I help you? I am Honest Open and Willing. I will do my very best to tailor your treatment for “you” as we are all individuals and I have a wealth of knowledge and experience in different treatments to be able to provide the treatment that is right for you. How do I work? You need to know that you are in a very safe environment and I will hold the space that will enable you to have the experience that you and your body need. “Touch” therapy through massage, reiki or fascial unwinding is a powerful way to release trauma the body may have been through, either due to an accident or an emotional episode. I have done a lot of this work on myself which allows me to take my clients through their own trauma. I have experience of working within the mental health field where I have facilitated clients going through panic attacks, high anxiety and psychosis and they have come out the otherside feeling better than when they started the process. I believe in empowerment , building on a persons strengths and reminding my clients, when they are unable to remember themselves, that they are “imperfectly perfect” because society states we should be better than, slimmer than, richer than others but I want to help people just “BE” whole they are without masks. You will have a sense of well being, unwinding, distressing when you leave the clinic and I know you will come back to see me again.
