If we're doing this I want to do it properly I mean strict diets limited alcohol step count to hit and sessions to be done outside of our three a week.
Training and accountability:-
Each week we will be taking both weight & measurements.
I know there may not be a change every week but doing a weigh in every week will keep focus for the full 12 weeks.
I want the diet to be strict meaning minimum changes through out. I will sit with everyone first and set out a calorie meal plan. There will be times your bored of what your eating, we can discuss changes where needed to keep your eating enjoyable and maintainable. Think on the end goal.
I want you in with me training 3 Sessions a week doing one upper day one lower day and a cardio day. I will then have a workout plan for you to do yourself either in the gym or at home. I will make this plan designed to things specifically aimed at body parts you want to improve eg an extra glute day or extra core & cardio.
