Most online programmes sell you a template and call it bespoke.
Here's what 28 days with me actually looks like:
→ You wake up on Monday already knowing what you're focusing on

That doesn't happen by accident.
And it doesn't happen from a generic PDF.
You fill in a questionnaire.
We e-meet on Zoom.
Then I sit down and write your plan from scratch — from your words, your goals, your patterns, the bits that have tripped you up before.
Not a copy-paste with your name swapped on top.
Your workouts get built around YOUR week, YOUR body, YOUR equipment — not 12 generic sessions designed for someone else.
For nutrition, you choose: a bespoke meal plan written for you, plus you get my Plate Template Method if you'd rather have a framework than a meal-by-meal plan. Either way — no foods banned forever.
But yes, some things have to shift.
You can't keep doing what got you here and expect a different body at the end of it. The takeaway every Friday, the wine every night, the sugar fix in the afternoon — something gives.
That's the whole point.
Whichever route you pick shows you exactly what to swap, when, and why, so it's not guesswork or willpower — it's a system.
And you're never in this on your own.
