Currently there are 2 spaces available in the Monday class and 3 available in the Friday class.

I’m so looking forward to our November block of Pilates classes before Christmas.
New block of Physiotherapy led Pilates classes starts this Monday in Eglinton Community Hall.

If you’re thinking about joining (or returning) to the mat, this is the perfect time.
Classes are designed to help you.

🧘‍♂️ improve posture and flexibility
⚡️ boost energy and reduce stress
🤗 feel amazing inside and out.

Suitable for all levels from beginners to regular practitioners.
