To the people that run the wards, keep us nurses in check, and know your patient inside out..

I've been looking for a picture to describe how important you are but Google for once, is lacking.
It seems to be focused on us nurses and forgetting the important people behind the scenes..

So...
Thank you HCA for;
Helping get my patient ready in the morning,
Feeding my favourite old man when I am busy,
Telling me you noticed a red spot on my little ladies heel,
Answering the buzzer when I am stuck on the phone,
Making me a drink when you can see I am about to explode,
Holding my ladies hand when she is frightened,
Making the relatives of my dying patient a cup of tea,
Showing me how to deal with death and cuddling me when I am sad about it,
Helping me in an emergency when I need extra hands,
For teaching me how to do things nursing school doesn't..

You are simply, fantastic.
