CHRISTY WADE - 12TH ANNIVERSARY

Precious memories of my wonderful father who fell asleep on 26th January 2014.

It's hard to put on paper,
the feelings deep inside,
From your broken hearted daughter,
Who has missed you since you died.

The memories have no end,
For when I lost you daddy,
I lost my dearest friend.

Keep your arms around him Lord,
And give him special care,
Make up for all that he suffered,
And all that seemed unfair.

May the winds of love blow softly,
And whisper for you to hear,
That I will love you forever daddy,
And I wish that you were still here.

As I wander to your graveside,
And I place your flowers with care,
No one knows how much I miss you,
As I turn and leave you there.

Forever loved and sorely missed every day, your loving daughter Donna xx

Treasured memories of our beloved Grandad.

We thought of you today Granda,
But sure that is nothing new,
We thought about you yesterday,
And every day before that too.

We think of your in silence,
And often speak your name,
All we have are memories,
And we your picture in a frame.

Your memory is our keepsake,
From which we'll never part,
God has you in his arms,
And we have you in our heart.

Sadly missed, loved and remembered every day by your granddaughters Emma and Lucy xx

The anniversary Mass will be celebrated in St Patrick's Church, Pennyburn on Saturday 24th January 2026 at 6.15 pm.
