Sorry folks we have had a very eventful day. The robot died a death on us and caused complete mayhem - it was another one of these worldwide outages - isn’t technology amazing until it isn’t.

Killian and Jodie tried their best all day to get it back up and going but for once it was even beyond them.

After 6 o clock, an engineer got it sorted (but not completely) it has left us slightly behind but hopefully we will get back to normality as soon as possible.

Apologies for any delays and any inconvenience caused.

My weight loss patients always say they struggle with trying to get protein in to their diets

When you are using weight loss medication like injectables - keeping your protein content up is important - it helps keep muscle mass up and keeps your metabolism steady.

It can be difficult to do, and a balanced diet is obviously best, but it’s thinking slightly differently and looking at little changes you can make that take your protein content higher.

Here are just two examples - I like a sweet coffee for breakfast - I use half this shake to make it instead of milk, and have one of these protein bagels - that’s 20g of protein in something I like and find really tasty before I’m out the door in the morning.
