Hello Bristol lovelies...
Calling all massage therapists, sports injury therapists, body workers, Osteopaths, Chiropractors, Physios and anyone else insured to massage.
I am arranging massage as part of the activities provided at Caring at Christmas, an awesome initiative put on by where over the 12 days of Christmas, those that do not have a place to be can have food, entertainment and services.
Can you spare just 2 hours over the Christmas period to help? It is based at the Trinity centre and is neck and shoulder massage done seated through clothes.

Just completed a day long course on Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW). It's general first aid really so I would recommend it just for that kind of knowledge. If anyone is interested the company is Holos Healthcare. In case you don't know (I didn't till recently) on iPhones others can access your Medical ID, ie, medical information, useful in emergencies. This is via the lock screen without the need to use a password. Access is through "Emergency" on the lock screen. To input your Medical ID use the Health app. https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT207021. Anyone know about Androids? I have had a look on internet but it is not clear there is any easy way.

Medical ID helps first responders access your critical medical information from the Lock screen, without needing your passcode. They can see information like allergies and medical conditions as well as who to contact in case of an emergency.

Well Mother (Suzanne Yates and her staff) trains shiatsu therapists, massage therapists and midwives how to help pregnant women (and what partners can do) through body work during pregnancy, labour and beyond and also provides training in infant massage training. Her trained therapists are worldwide and all registered on the website. It is cutting edge stuff so do consider this resource.
