I've not had the best start to the week with a dizzy / sickness bug, resulting in a visit to A&E 🤢, but Facebook has reminded me that I was in the garden 12 years ago (!) and the sun was shining.

A spinal twist to unwind and release = letting the mind settle and the nervous system calm down
