Reiki?

If you don't know what Reiki is, then let me tell you.

Reiki is a form of energy healing that originated in Japan in the early 20th century.
The word "Reiki" comes from two Japanese words: "Rei," meaning universal, and "Ki," meaning life energy.

It is based on the belief that there is a universal energy that flows through all living things, and when this energy is balanced and flowing freely, it promotes physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

In a Reiki session, a practitioner gently places their hands on or just above the body, using various hand positions to channel this energy. The goal is to help the recipient relax, release stress, and promote healing in the body and mind. Reiki is often used to complement other forms of treatment, as it is non-invasive and focuses on restoring balance rather than diagnosing or treating specific ailments.

Many people report feeling deeply relaxed or even experiencing a sense of peace and calm after a session, though the effects can vary from person to person. It is often considered a holistic therapy because it addresses the body, mind, and spirit as a whole.
